The Global Gathering is the high-point of the Acts 29 calendar and the key event where the diverse, global nature of our family of church-planting churches is expressed and experienced! Join us as we gather to share and celebrate God’s work of planting churches all across the world.

Who is the Global Gathering for?
Anyone in an Acts 29 member or candidate church who is directly involved in, actively pursuing or passionate about church planting, e.g. pastors, planters, elders, church staff and core team members. If you’re married, please do bring your spouse!
Where and when is the Global Gathering?
We are meeting at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista hotel (1751 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, USA) from July 22-25.
Gathering registration will be open from 2pm on Monday July 22, with hotel check in opening at 4pm. The first Plenary is at 7pm.
What times are the shuttles?
Shuttles will run from Orlando International Airport (MCO) from 9am – 7pm on Monday July 22. Shuttles will run from 11am – 6pm on Thursday July 25 to return attendees to the airport.
How will the Global Gathering help my church?
The Global Gathering will provide a tangible experience of our global family and nurture a deeper sense of our shared identity. We envisage partnerships being formed, initiatives started, plants resourced, relationships strengthened, vision enlarged, counsel given, nourishment gained, care provided and rest enjoyed.
Is there a limit on how many people I can bring?
To ensure we serve our growing global family, we are limiting tickets to a maximum of 10 people per church.
Is there childcare available? Can I bring the whole family?
Childcare is limited to those under 12 months of age and will be available during meals and main sessions. Please do not bring children over the age of 12 months.
Is there financial assistance to those who cannot afford it?
Please contact your Network Director to see what financial support is available.
Can I come earlier/stay later for a vacation?
Definitely! Complete the applicable section on the registration form specifying which additional nights you would like. These will be at your own cost but they will be charged at the discounted rate negotiated by Acts 29 — $165 per room per night (plus taxes) for a shared room.
Do I have to stay at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista?
Yes, unless you live within 40 miles of the hotel. In that case, you can buy a local attendee ticket, which includes the same as a standard ticket but without hotel accommodation.
I am a student at an Acts 29 Academy - do I get a discount?
Yes — please talk to your Academy administrator.
